All orders are processed Monday to Saturday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time.

We will also keep you informed via email when your order has been received, processed, and shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To do so, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Once your cancellation request has been confirmed, you will have an additional 14 days to return the items to us.

If a product which has been worn, used, damaged, or altered is returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce your refund value to reflect any reduction in the value of a product.
RETURNS
All of the items featured on mimode can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The right to return only applies to non-faulty items that are in their original condition and packaging, have not been worn, altered or washed.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.
For items that are faulty or not as described, we will process a full refund. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if this is the case.
